BIOGRAPHY
Jack A. Fattal is a partner at Lavian LLP, focused on all aspects of corporate transactions, including real estate transactions and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
Jack is a sophisticated and versatile attorney, having served in-house as General Counsel for Soho Properties, a Manhattan-based real estate development and investment firm, with upwards of U.S. $750 million AUM, as well as having served for several years at a global Japanese private equity (PE) fund.
Jack has also advised clients in a range of private and publicly held companies, as well as financial sponsors and lenders across an array of industries, including real estate development, land banking, hospitality operations, hospitality technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, retail and franchises.
In addition, Jack has represented PE funds in connection with asset acquisitions and restructuring of portfolio investments. He routinely handles matters involving M&A, financial restructuring (+ securities), joint ventures, divestitures, carve-out transactions, corporate governance and general corporate counseling.
Jack has strong leadership abilities, project management and organizational skills, having developed an innate sense for the client’s commercial concerns and priorities.
